RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on delivery, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product has not been used or damaged. Products damaged or used or without its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it's a manufacture defect.

Once the item has been received, and verified that it is in good condition, the replacement will be shipped or the reimbursement sent to the credit card used.
The shipping costs of the products being exchanged or returned will be paid by the customer. We recommend certified mail with tracking number,
In the event that we shipped the wrong item or that it's defective, once the error or defect has been verified, we will pay you the proportional part of the corresponding shipping costs.
Items such as books, DVDs or downloads cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. In case of unusual circunstances, we will try to find the best solution.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping time.
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of payment, unless there are complications with your order, in which case you will be notified immediately. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.We ship worldwide.
Orders in Spain take 3 to 5 working days. In addition, we offer collection in Santander at no cost. International orders take 8-10 business days. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we will offer you the best solution.
You will recieve the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Due to the Covid-19, some countries are still experiencing shipment delays.
Shipping fee.
Calculated at checkout, before making the payment. Once you have your order ready in the shopping cart, select the country of destination to see the shipping costs.
For large orders, in some cases the shipping cost needs to be adjusted. In that case, you will receive an email notification.
Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union you may have to pay customs charges, which are not shown on the website and is the responsibility of the buyer.
