LEARN HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
At Magic of Life we have an ambitious mission, we want to change the world, make it a better place. But that change begins with oneself. Each person has the possibility and the responsibility to do their part.
In the following videos we'd like you to discover the hidden truth, to understand why we defend the lives of all animals, and their right to live, and why we do it with such passion. These videos explain how our daily decisions affect the lives of billions of innocent animals.
Some videos are focused on the ethical part, on why it is not moral to use animals for our own benefit and the suffering that this entails for them. Other videos are focused on the environment, the huge negative impact that the livestock and fishing industry have on the planet. And you will also find videos focused on our health and how the consumption of animal products can affect it.
All the videos will push you to reflect and rethink many things. Some videos are very hard. We recommend that you see them with an open mind, without prejudice and as an opportunity to grow as a person, lead a more conscious and, above all, more compassionate life.

VEGANISM
If you've made it this far and watched some or all of the videos, perhaps you agree with us at Magic of Life, that the most ethical choice is veganism. If you feel like you want to learn more about and give it a try, we are here to help.
Veganism, unlike vegetarianism, is not just about a diet, but about a lifestyle, an ethical position that rejects the use of animals for our own benefit, including all areas of life: food, clothes, cosmetics, entertainment, etc... In short, a lifestyle where your decisions or actions do not involve unnecessary animal suffering.
It may seem very complicated to change such rooted habits in us and all of society, but we don't really think it's complicated at all if you have a reason in your heart to do it. Plus now is the best time to make the change, society is more adapted than ever and every day more vegan options appear in all areas.
We are going to share with you some resources that will be of great help to you during this transition. However, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
And remember, we are not a religious or political group, we don't benefit from your choices at all, but the animals do and we feel it's our responsibility to fight for them.

RECOMENDED BOOKS
"This is vegan propaganda (and other lies the meat industry tells you" is the first book by the English activist Ed Winters (Earthings Ed). A magnificent and complete work where he explains how our decisions can help to alleviate the biggest problems we face today: climate change, chronic and infectious diseases, human exploitation and, of course, the exploitation of non-human animals. Undeniably, these issues can be uncomfortable to learn about but the benefits of doing so cannot be overstated. It is quite literally a matter of life and death.
"Animal Liberation" by Peter Singer: This groundbreaking book inspired a worldwide animal rights movement. Its author, Peter Singer, denounces speciesism (the prejudice of believing that there is one species, the human, superior to all others) and exposes the chilling reality of industrial farms and the procedures of experimentation with animals, breaking down the justifications that defend them and offering alternatives to a moral, social and environmental dilemma.
"Why We Love Dogs, Eat Pigs, and Wear Cows" - Social psychologist Melanie Joy explores why our culture conditions us to eat certain animals when we would never dream of eating others...
"I don't eat animals": by the Spanish athlete Alberto Peláez Serrano. He is a long-distance runner and animal rights activist. In our opinion, this is one of the best books in Spanish on veganism. This book provides nutritional information and science based data to answer conflicting questions. And the best thing is that everything is focused from the personal experiences of the author, which leads us on a path of discovery where clichés are broken and what has always seemed normal to us becomes unjustifiable. Alberto Peláez has carried the message of "I don't eat animals" to thousands of people through sports, in competitions and even on the podiums of ultramarathons, and in this book he tells us his story. A story that can also be yours. Whether you are an athlete or not. Whether you are vegan or not.
"The vegan starter kit" : Dr. Neal Barnard, perhaps the world's most respected authority on veganism, collects everything you need to consider in this survival kit for the novice vegan: an essential practical book that details how to approach the transition, which discusses the myths of vegan eating and includes information on healthy eating in childhood, youth, pregnancy and other stages of life.
Dr. Neal Barnard explains how to plan a vegan meal, in which foods to find the necessary proteins and other nutrients, etc...
The book also addresses goals to improve health such as weight loss, cholesterol reduction, diabetes control or cancer prevention. In addition, it includes a section with delicious recipes and complete menus.
